Location: Santa Fe, NM
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary
We’re looking for a New Mexico-licensed therapist to provide telehealth sessions to clients statewide. You’ll complete assessments, deliver ongoing therapy, and keep treatment plans and notes updated so care stays consistent across visits. The workflow is structured and designed for steady weekday work.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy sessions
• Conduct intake assessments and diagnostic documentation
• Develop and maintain treatment plans
• Maintain EMR notes and progress updates
• Participate in consults and clinical meetings
• Support documentation quality tasks as assigned

• Active New Mexico license: LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT
• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
• Therapy experience preferred
• Strong written communication and organization
