Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Role Overview

As a Virtual Marriage & Family Therapist, you will provide structured therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families across Michigan using a secure telehealth platform. Your work directly supports clients as they manage relationship challenges, life transitions, and emotional stressors. This role focuses on consistent clinical care, clear treatment planning, and measurable progress through ongoing sessions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled therapy sessions via telehealth
• Complete clinical assessments and establish treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies
• Collaborate with internal clinical staff when needed
• Follow all Michigan licensing and telehealth regulations

• Active Michigan LMFT license
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Experience providing therapy in an outpatient or telehealth setting
• Strong documentation and time management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
