Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) Position Available – New York

Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: $115,000 - $120,000 annually + full benefits package

Role Overview:

• Provide tailored therapy plans and conduct client assessments.
• Offer evidence-based therapies for individuals, couples, groups, and families.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide holistic care.
• Ensure compliance with all clinical documentation standards.
• Stay current through participation in training and workshops.

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
• Licensed in New York State (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT).
• Two or more years of clinical experience preferred.
• Expertise in specialized areas such as trauma or substance misuse is an advantage.
• Strong ethical awareness and interpersonal skills.
