Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate virtual therapy sessions and empower clients on their mental health journey.
• Foster a supportive environment for clients to share their thoughts and experiences.
• Partner with clients to define and achieve meaningful personal goals.
• Design and implement customized treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Active, independent licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).
• Proven experience in therapy delivery and crafting individualized treatment plans.
• Excellent communication skills, fostering trust and engagement in virtual settings.
• Proficient in utilizing online therapy platforms.
