Location: Smyrna, TN
Hours: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year

Job Summary
We are seeking a Virtual Mental Health Therapist to provide ongoing counseling services to clients across Tennessee via secure telehealth platforms. You will focus on structured, scheduled appointments, client follow-up, and documentation that meets clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards.

Core Responsibilities

• Deliver individual therapy sessions (and, if appropriate, couples or family sessions) virtually
• Complete intake assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning
• Monitor symptom change and adjust interventions as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation of all clinical encounters and communications
• Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration with other healthcare professionals
• Provide clear communication around treatment expectations, homework, and follow-up

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field
• Active Tennessee license as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW (independent licensure strongly preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience in outpatient or community mental health
• Experience providing psychotherapy via telehealth is a plus
• Strong skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Comfortable working with electronic health records and maintaining timely documentation

• Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM schedule
