Location: Johnson City, TN
Compensation: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Role Overview
We are hiring a Telehealth Licensed Therapist (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) to deliver structured, outcomes-focused counseling services from a fully remote setting. Your work will center on meeting with clients through video, guiding them through treatment goals, and ensuring that clinical and regulatory standards are met every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a steady caseload of telehealth clients within a Monday–Friday daytime schedule
• Conduct intake assessments, diagnostic interviews, and risk evaluations
• Develop, implement, and review individualized treatment plans
• Provide ongoing psychotherapy using modalities aligned with best practice
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in the EHR
• Participate in case conferences and team check-ins as requested
• Provide clear communication and follow-up to clients regarding appointments, referrals, and treatment recommendations

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field
• Active Tennessee license as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW (independent licensure strongly preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience in outpatient or community mental health
• Experience providing psychotherapy via telehealth is a plus
• Strong skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Comfortable working with electronic health records and maintaining timely documentation

• Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM schedule
