Location: Franklin, TN
Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year

Job Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) to provide telehealth counseling to adults and/or adolescents across Tennessee. In this role, you will use evidence-based approaches to complete intakes, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing therapy through secure virtual platforms. Your day will be focused on direct client care, clinical documentation, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support safe and effective treatment.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual (and, if appropriate, couples/family) therapy via secure telehealth platforms
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment plans
• Monitor client progress, adjust interventions, and update treatment plans as needed
• Document sessions, diagnoses, and treatment recommendations in the EHR within required timeframes

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field
• Active Tennessee license as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW (independent licensure strongly preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience in outpatient or community mental health
• Experience providing psychotherapy via telehealth is a plus
• Strong skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Comfortable working with electronic health records and maintaining timely documentation

• Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM schedule
