Location: Laredo, TX
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary
Work from home while providing structured telehealth therapy to clients across Texas. Your role will focus on assessment, collaborative planning, and steady, skills-based support.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake and follow-up therapy sessions via secure video
• Provide diagnostic impressions and document clinical reasoning
• Design treatment plans that translate into clear session agendas
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation for each contact
• Join online clinical meetings to review practice and outcomes
• Offer suggestions to improve telehealth processes where relevant

• Active Texas license: LCSW, LPC, LMFT
• Master’s or doctoral degree in a mental health field
• Experience delivering therapy in a clinical setting
• High comfort level with technology and video-based care
