Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Salary Range: $115,000–$120,000 per year

About the Role
We are looking for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who enjoys structured, full-time telehealth work. You will support clients with mood disorders, trauma histories, stress, and life transitions through scheduled video appointments, evidence-based interventions, and regular follow-up.

What You’ll Do

• Manage a consistent caseload of clients via telehealth.
• Conduct comprehensive intakes and diagnostic evaluations.
• Develop clear, realistic treatment goals with each client.
• Provide ongoing individual psychotherapy and short-term interventions.
• Monitor risk, respond to urgent needs appropriately, and follow escalation protocols.
• Keep concise, compliant clinical documentation for all services provided.
• Attend virtual clinical supervision or consultation as required.

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Active Washington State license as LMHC, LMHCA, LICSW, LMFT, or equivalent (independent licensure preferred).
• 1–2+ years of post-graduate clinical experience in mental health.
• Telehealth experience and strong comfort with technology and EHR systems.
• Strong skills in evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, EMDR, etc. a plus).

• Salary range: $115,000–$120,000 per year.
• Full-time, remote position (Pacific Time schedule).
• 2 weeks paid time off.
