Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year

About the Opportunity
We’re adding a Licensed Mental Health Counselor to our virtual care team serving clients across Washington. This role is ideal if you want to focus on therapy rather than constant administrative interruptions, while still being part of a supportive clinical environment.

Primary Duties

• Provide scheduled telehealth sessions to adult and/or adolescent clients.
• Complete intake assessments, screenings, and diagnostic evaluations.
• Develop treatment plans that reflect each client’s goals and strengths.
• Use evidence-based interventions to address a range of mental health concerns.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records for all clinical interactions.
• Participate in online team meetings and case consultations.

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.
• Active Washington license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or equivalent.
• 1–2+ years of experience providing direct clinical services.
• Comfortable working remotely and using telehealth technology and EHR systems.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapies (CBT, DBT, EMDR, etc. a plus).

• Annual salary range: $115,000–$120,000.
• Full-time weekday schedule.
• 2 weeks paid time off.
