Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Location: Staten Island, NY
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary
Provide telehealth therapy to clients across New York who are seeking steady support and practical tools. You’ll work with a stable schedule, defined caseload, and a supportive virtual clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations and intake sessions by video
• Provide weekly or bi-weekly therapy sessions
• Design treatment plans with clear priorities and measurable goals
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Participate in virtual team consults and learning sessions
• Offer input on improving telehealth workflows and client experience

• Active New York license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT
• Master’s degree in a behavioral health discipline
• Experience working with adult and/or adolescent clients
• Confident using technology for both sessions and documentation
