Location: Framingham, MA
Position: Full-Time | Salary: $115,000–$120,000/year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary
Provide therapy services through telehealth sessions for clients across Massachusetts. You’ll perform assessments, provide ongoing therapy, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth assessments and therapy sessions
• Document diagnoses, plans, and progress notes
• Maintain treatment plans and update goals as needed
• Attend scheduled virtual clinical meetings
• Follow privacy and safety guidelines

• Active Massachusetts license: LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT
• Master’s/Doctoral degree in a related field
• Experience providing therapy preferred
• Strong organization and documentation habits
