Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We’re looking for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to support clients through virtual counseling services in Indiana. The day-to-day work includes evaluating client needs, leading therapy sessions, documenting care, and helping individuals build healthier coping strategies. This role offers the chance to provide consistent support in a remote setting while maintaining a reliable weekday schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual counseling sessions with adult or adolescent clients
• Complete intake assessments and review client history
• Create and implement treatment plans based on clinical findings
• Provide ongoing therapeutic support using evidence-based methods
• Monitor client progress and make treatment adjustments as needed
• Maintain complete, accurate, and timely clinical records

• Active LMHC license in Indiana
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, or related field
• At least 1 year of clinical counseling experience
• Strong experience with telehealth or willingness to work fully remote
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapy approaches
• Comfortable using EHR systems and virtual platforms
