Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor for a full-time telehealth position serving clients throughout Iowa. In this role, you will provide therapy sessions, help clients work through behavioral and emotional challenges, and create practical treatment plans that support daily functioning.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct scheduled virtual counseling appointments
• Evaluate client symptoms, history, and treatment needs
• Create measurable care plans and review progress regularly
• Use appropriate therapy methods based on client presentation
• Document sessions, updates, and treatment changes in a timely manner
• Identify safety concerns and follow proper clinical protocols

• Active Iowa  LMHC license in good standing
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Experience providing therapy or counseling services
• Strong understanding of assessments, treatment planning, and documentation
• Strong communication and time management skills
