Job Summary

This role gives an experienced LMHC the opportunity to provide remote therapy to clients who are seeking support with mental health and life challenges. You will conduct virtual sessions, create treatment plans, and use your clinical training to help clients make progress in a safe and professional setting.

The position is built around consistent client care. You will be responsible for understanding each client’s concerns, providing appropriate therapy, and keeping documentation clear and current.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health counseling through secure telehealth sessions
• Complete clinical intakes and ongoing client assessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable goals
• Support clients with stress management, emotional processing, coping skills, and behavior change
• Complete all documentation in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain confidentiality and meet telehealth care standards
• Use clinical judgment when evaluating client needs and safety

• Active Florida LMHC license in good standing
• Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Experience providing counseling services to adults, families, or diverse client populations
• Comfortable delivering therapy through telehealth
• Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
• Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for virtual sessions

• $115,000–$120,000 per year
• Full-time position
• Remote / telehealth work setting
• Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
• 2 weeks PTO
