Licensed Mental Health Counselor – Full-Time Outpatient Opportunity in NY

Position Summary:
We are seeking a Licensed Mental health Counselor (LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW) to join a busy outpatient clinic serving adult clients. This role focuses on therapeutic engagement, care coordination, and treatment planning in a team-centered clinical environment.

Role Details:

• Schedule: Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Annual Salary: $115,000 – $120,000

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct evidence-based individual therapy
• Collaborate with care team on treatment goals
• Maintain clinical notes in compliance with documentation policies
• Assist in developing trauma-informed strategies for care

• NY state license (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT)
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology
• Ability to use EHR and telehealth systems efficiently
