Remote Therapist – Licensed LMHC/LCSW/LMFT

Position Summary
We are hiring licensed therapists to join our remote care team in New York. This role focuses on delivering teletherapy, creating structured treatment plans, and supporting clients with evidence-based strategies.

Schedule & Compensation

• Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
• $115,000 – $120,000 annually
• Full benefits package

Responsibilities

• Provide secure video-based counseling sessions
• Develop and adjust care plans based on progress
• Collaborate with peers to enhance client outcomes
• Document services in compliance with standards
• Stay informed about new approaches in mental health care

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Licensed in New York (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT)
• Minimum of two years of counseling experience
• Knowledge of trauma or substance use counseling a plus
• Strong ability to engage clients remotely
