Join Our Team of Arizona Mental Healthcare Providers!  Foresight is an outpatient mental health company that offers virtual and in-person therapy across Arizona. Our purpose is to improve access to high-quality mental health care. We are actively hiring therapists in the Goodyear/Phoenix area for both remote and hybrid roles at our conveniently located office near Phoenix-Goodyear airport.  Our offices provide welcoming, modern spaces for in-person sessions and/or for providers to utilize for telehealth sessions.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families (virtually or in-person)
  
  
  
  • Full-time: Minimum of 25 clients per week
  
  
  • Part-time clinicians: Minimum of 10 clients per week (minimum of 12 hours of availability)
  
  
  
  


• Conduct assessments, diagnose, and develop treatment plans


• Complete timely electronic documentation (within 72 hrs)


• Management of caseload including schedule maintenance, charge slips, high balances and consistent attendance

What We Offer: In addition to the base compensation, full-time Foresighters’ total compensation package includes comprehensive healthcare options, retirement benefits, 401(k) match, company-paid life insurance, and paid holidays and time off.

• Hourly rate of 40 USD


• Full-time requires a minimum of 25 clients/week


• Part-time requires a minimum of 12 hours/week of availability, average of 10-24 clients/week

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs), and/or Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs) who reside in a state in which we operate (AZ residency required for hybrid roles).


• Must not be opted out of Medicare

What Sets You Up For Success:

• Strong clinical competency in trauma-informed and evidence-based practices; including initial triage, risk assessment/management, crisis interventions, ICD-10 codes, and treatment planning


• Proficiency with EHR systems and comfort using digital tools (Google Suite, Zoom)


• Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills to build rapport and collaborate effectively with clients, therapy leaders, billing, and support service 


• Reliable time management (including maintaining a consistent schedule), attention to detail, and professional conduct across all responsibilities
