Job Summary
We’re looking for licensed therapists in Arizona who want to bring meaningful support to clients from the comfort of their own space. In this role, you’ll provide therapy sessions virtually, helping individuals and families build resilience, manage stress, and find healthier ways to navigate daily life. You’ll have the flexibility of working remotely while still being part of a connected, professional care team.

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Annual Salary: $100,000 – $110,000

Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth sessions with adults, couples, and families
• Create personalized treatment plans with measurable goals
• Track client progress and refine strategies as needed
• Collaborate virtually with care teams to strengthen outcomes
• Keep accurate and timely documentation

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage & Family Therapy
• Active Arizona license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC)
• At least two years of clinical therapy experience
• Strong communication skills and telehealth proficiency
