Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Oregon

Summary:
We are hiring a licensed therapist to provide telehealth psychotherapy services to adult clients across Oregon. The role focuses on assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing clinical care with clear documentation expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual therapy sessions via telehealth
• Conduct assessments and create treatment plans
• Maintain accurate progress notes and documentation
• Monitor client progress and adjust care plans
• Follow Oregon licensing and clinical standards

• Active Oregon LCSW, LMFT or LPC license
• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field
• Minimum 2 years post-licensure experience
• Experience with EHR systems
