Salary: $100,000–$110,000
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

About the Role
We are hiring a licensed LMFT, LPC, or LCSW to deliver virtual therapy services across Texas. This remote role offers the opportunity to support individuals and groups through personalized, evidence-based care—all from a secure home-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions for individuals and groups
• Create and revise personalized treatment plans
• Apply evidence-based approaches, including CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care
• Perform thorough client assessments
• Collaborate with healthcare providers as needed
• Maintain accurate and HIPAA-compliant documentation

• Active LMFT, LPC, or LCSW license in the state of Texas
• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience (telehealth experience preferred)
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Strong communication and documentation skills
