Licensed Mental Health Therapist LCSW / LPC / LMFT | Texas

Salary: $100,000–$110,000
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

About the Position
We are seeking a licensed therapist (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) in Texas to provide virtual therapy services from home. In this role, you will support clients through structured therapeutic interventions designed to foster resilience and practical coping strategies.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate secure online therapy sessions
• Develop treatment goals tailored to client needs
• Utilize modalities such as CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care
• Complete assessments and maintain session notes
• Coordinate with care teams when appropriate
• Adhere to regulatory and documentation standards

• Active LMFT, LPC, or LCSW license in the state of Texas
• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience (telehealth experience preferred)
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Strong communication and documentation skills
