Licensed Therapist – Remote Opportunity in Maryland

Job Summary
We’re looking for Maryland-licensed LCSW-Cs, LCPCs, and LMFTs to join our telehealth team. As a therapist in this role, you’ll guide clients toward healthier coping skills, improved relationships, and long-term stability. You’ll enjoy the balance of a structured workweek with the flexibility that comes from working remotely.

Schedule & Salary

• Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• $100,000 – $110,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Facilitate therapy sessions through secure telehealth platforms
• Create treatment strategies customized to client needs
• Monitor client progress and update plans as necessary
• Collaborate with care teams for holistic support
• Keep detailed, compliant records

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Licensed in Maryland (LCSW-C, LCPC, or LMFT)
• 2+ years of clinical experience
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
