Licensed Therapist (LMFT, LCMHC, LCSW) – Remote
Location: Utah
Compensation: $100,000 – $110,000 annually
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Licensed Therapist (LMFT, LCMHC, or LCSW) to deliver high-quality mental health services to clients across Utah through a secure telehealth platform. This role involves conducting clinical assessments, formulating tailored treatment plans, and providing therapeutic support that aligns with each client’s goals. The position offers a structured weekday schedule and the convenience of working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive evaluations to determine client needs and establish clear objectives
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions in a confidential virtual setting
• Review client progress regularly, making necessary adjustments to treatment approaches
• Maintain detailed and compliant clinical records using electronic health systems
• Coordinate care with other professionals to support comprehensive treatment when appropriate

• Active Utah license as an LMFT, LCMHC, or LCSW
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related discipline
• Experience providing therapy in outpatient, community-based, or telehealth settings
• Proficiency with electronic documentation and virtual care technology
• Strong communication skills and dedication to upholding clinical best practices

• Fully remote position with provided technology and administrative support
