Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Location: Utah
Compensation: $100,000 – $110,000 annually
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Position Overview:
We are hiring Utah-licensed mental health professionals (LMFT, LCMHC, or LCSW) to join a remote clinical team delivering therapy through a secure telehealth platform. This role is designed for clinicians who value consistency, autonomy, and high-quality client care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide virtual therapy to individuals experiencing mental health challenges
• Complete initial intakes and ongoing assessments
• Maintain compliance through accurate and timely notes
• Adjust therapeutic approaches based on client feedback and progress
• Attend virtual meetings as needed for support and coordination

• Active Utah license as LMFT, LCMHC, or LCSW
• Master’s degree in a behavioral health-related field
• Experience with outpatient or teletherapy settings
• Strong skills in documentation and digital platforms
• Ability to work independently within a virtual care structure
