Location: Greenville, NC
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000/year
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary
Provide telehealth therapy to clients across North Carolina through structured sessions, clinical assessments, and organized documentation. This role is designed for steady weekday work and clear clinical processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and ongoing telehealth sessions
• Document diagnoses, treatment plans, and progress notes
• Track outcomes and revise treatment direction as needed
• Maintain timely EMR documentation
• Participate in consults and clinical meetings
• Follow safety and escalation protocols

• Active North Carolina license: LCSW, LCMHC, or LMFT
• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field
• Therapy experience preferred
• Strong documentation skills
