Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Duties:

• Facilitate virtual therapy sessions for individuals and groups, creating a welcoming, supportive space
• Perform in-depth assessments to understand each client’s unique needs and goals
• Develop and adjust personalized treatment plans that drive positive outcomes
• Keep accurate, up-to-date documentation within our electronic health system
• Partner with other healthcare professionals to ensure clients receive comprehensive care

• Active Illinois license as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field
• Experience delivering therapy in outpatient, community, or telehealth settings
• Comfort with electronic health records and virtual care platforms
• Strong communication skills, clinical expertise, and a genuine enthusiasm for supporting clients’ growth
