Remote Mental Health Therapist – LCSW, LCPC, LMFT

Salary: $100,000 – $110,000
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

The Role:
We’re seeking licensed mental health professionals to provide teletherapy to Illinois residents. This role focuses on delivering consistent, high-quality care without the commute. You’ll guide clients through therapy sessions, create effective treatment plans, and keep records updated—while our support staff manages scheduling and billing.

Day-to-Day Tasks:

• Deliver individual therapy via secure online platforms
• Complete assessments and determine treatment paths
• Update session notes and progress reports
• Partner with care teams for coordinated treatment

• Active Illinois license (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT)
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Therapy, or Social Work
• Previous direct therapy experience (remote experience preferred)
• Strong digital skills with EHR systems
