Location: Sparks, NV
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary
Provide telehealth therapy to clients across Nevada with a predictable schedule and clear documentation expectations. This role is focused on consistent clinical delivery and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy sessions via secure video
• Conduct intake assessments and diagnostic impressions
• Create and update treatment plans
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation
• Participate in case reviews and consults
• Support quality review tasks when assigned (chart checks, feedback support)

• Active Nevada license: LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT
• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
• Therapy experience preferred
• Comfortable with a telehealth-only setup
