The Details:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
• Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000 annually + benefits
• Location: Fully remote, must be licensed in Virginia

Key Duties:

• Provide virtual therapy sessions that support clients in their mental health journey.
• Create a space where people feel heard, understood, and empowered.
• Develop personalized treatment plans to help clients reach their goals.

• An active Virginia license as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPC.
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
• Experience in therapy and counseling, including virtual care.
• A commitment to providing excellent client support.
