Licensed Therapist – Remote Telehealth Role in Arizona

Job Summary
We are adding licensed therapists in Arizona to our remote team. This position focuses on providing therapy through telehealth platforms, giving clients the tools they need to navigate life’s challenges. You’ll work a structured schedule, collaborate with peers, and enjoy the freedom of working remotely while maintaining clinical excellence.

Schedule & Salary

• Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Salary: $100,000 – $110,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth sessions for individuals and families
• Develop personalized treatment goals and monitor outcomes
• Partner with other providers to ensure coordinated care
• Document services promptly and accurately
• Stay engaged in ongoing training opportunities

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage & Family Therapy
• Licensed in Arizona (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC)
• Two or more years of therapy experience
• Comfortable using technology for care delivery
