Salary: $115,000–$120,000/year
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary
Provide therapy via secure video sessions to Wisconsin residents. The role centers on structured sessions, clear planning, and timely documentation with a remote clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy sessions
• Conduct assessments and diagnostic documentation
• Create treatment plans and evaluate progress
• Maintain EMR notes and required records
• Attend consults and clinical meetings
• Follow escalation and safety protocols

• Active Wisconsin license: LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
• Master’s degree in a mental health discipline
• Therapy experience preferred
• Strong organization and written communication
