We are seeking licensed mental health professionals (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) across California to deliver high-quality care on a flexible schedule. This opportunity allows you to maintain work-life balance while helping clients through evidence-based therapy.

Position Details

• Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
• Pay Range: $115,000 – $120,000 annually
• Minimum Weekly Hours: 5

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions
• Provide support for trauma, anxiety, depression, and other behavioral health issues
• Maintain timely, professional clinical documentation
• Collaborate with other providers as needed

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health discipline
• Active LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC license in California
• At least 2 years of post-license clinical experience
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Familiarity with CBT, DBT, or other evidence-based methods is a plus
