Position Details

• Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
• Pay Range: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
• Minimum Weekly Hours: 5

Primary Duties

• Evaluate client needs and develop personalized treatment plans
• Deliver therapy sessions (individual and group formats)
• Manage documentation with accuracy and compliance
• Address concerns related to trauma, emotional health, and behavioral conditions
• Collaborate with external care teams as appropriate

• Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, or social work
• Current California license (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC)
• Minimum 2 years of therapy experience
• Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing
• Training in evidence-based practices is preferred
