Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary Range: $115,000 – $120,000 annually

Job Summary:
We’re looking for California-licensed therapists to join a remote mental health team. This role involves providing virtual counseling services, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with other professionals to support client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct therapy sessions virtually for individuals and families
• Perform client assessments and establish treatment goals
• Accurately document all clinical activities
• Communicate and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
• Ensure adherence to clinical guidelines and compliance regulations

• Master’s degree or higher in a behavioral health field
• California LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW license (required)
• At least 2 years of clinical experience post-licensure
• Ability to manage a full-time remote caseload
