Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) Role in California
We are hiring a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide exceptional care to individuals dealing with mental health challenges. This role involves understanding patient concerns and creating actionable plans to support their recovery journey.

Type: Full-Time

Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM

Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year, plus a benefits package

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform assessments to identify patient needs and challenges.
• Develop and deliver therapeutic interventions tailored to patient goals.
• Actively contribute to program improvement initiatives.
• Build trust and rapport throughout each counseling session.

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field
• Current licensure in California (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT)
• At least two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling
• Ability to engage with clients effectively and build positive relationships
• Ability to deliver treatment that is customized to meet the unique needs of every client
