Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) – Full-Time Opportunity in California
We’re on the lookout for a qualified Mental Health Therapist to support individuals facing mental, behavioral, and emotional health challenges. Your primary focus will be evaluating patient needs, developing personalized care plans, and helping them achieve their wellness goals.

Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $115,000–$120,000 annually, including comprehensive benefits

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to pinpoint the nature of mental health issues
• Deliver effective counseling tailored to individual patient goals
• Stay informed on new treatment methods to provide top-tier care
• Collaborate with the team to enhance service quality and program success
• Build meaningful connections with patients during each session

• Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Counseling, Social Work) from an accredited institution
• Active licensure in California (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT)
• At least two years of experience supporting individuals with emotional concerns
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to deliver treatment that is customized to meet the unique needs of every client
