Role Description
We’re seeking licensed therapists to join our California team full-time. This position is ideal for professionals who want to provide therapy, design effective care plans, and collaborate with peers to ensure high-quality mental health services.

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
• Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 annually
• Full benefits package

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs
• Build treatment plans and track client progress
• Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate services
• Complete documentation in compliance with state regulations
• Continue skill development through workshops and training

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• Active California license (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)
• Minimum two years of therapy experience
• Ability to work independently and within a team setting
