California Licensed Therapist – Remote Telehealth Position

Position Description
We’re looking for LMFTs, LCSWs, and LPCCs licensed in California to provide remote therapy. This full-time role focuses on helping clients navigate stress, relationships, and emotional health through accessible virtual care.

Schedule & Compensation

• Monday through Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Annual Salary: $115,000 – $120,000

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy via secure telehealth platforms
• Develop and manage client-centered treatment plans
• Evaluate progress and adjust methods accordingly
• Partner with colleagues to ensure holistic support
• Document services in compliance with standards

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or related field
• Licensed in California (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC)
• Minimum of 2 years’ clinical experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
