Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) – California Opportunity

Job Overview
We are looking for licensed therapists in California to deliver professional counseling services to individuals and families. You’ll play an active role in supporting client well-being while working alongside a collaborative team of professionals.

Schedule & Pay

• Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Salary range: $115,000 – $120,000 annually
• Full benefits package

Duties

• Provide therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and groups
• Develop and manage treatment goals for each client
• Coordinate care with colleagues to support positive outcomes
• Ensure compliance with state and federal documentation standards
• Continue developing clinical expertise through training opportunities

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• Active California license (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)
• At least two years of experience providing therapy
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
