Location: Oakland, CA
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000/year
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary
Provide therapy by secure video to clients across California. This role focuses on consistent session delivery, accurate clinical documentation, and practical treatment planning that supports measurable progress over time.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual telehealth therapy sessions
• Complete intakes, clinical assessments, and diagnostic documentation
• Develop and maintain treatment plans with clear goals
• Document sessions and care updates in the EMR on schedule
• Follow safety protocols and escalate risk concerns appropriately
• Participate in case consults and clinical meetings

• Active California license: LCSW, LMFT, LPCC
• Master’s/Doctoral degree in a behavioral health field
• Experience providing therapy in a clinical setting
• Strong documentation and time-management skills
