Virtual Therapist – Licensed LPC/LMFT/LICSW
Location: West Virginia
Compensation: $100,000 – $110,000 per year
Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role:
This fully remote position supports licensed professionals looking to provide consistent therapy services to individuals across West Virginia. You’ll work independently within a structured telehealth model, performing evaluations, delivering therapy, and monitoring outcomes.

Duties:

• Conduct intake assessments and identify treatment priorities
• Deliver virtual therapy to a diverse caseload of clients
• Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as needed
• Coordinate care and consult with other professionals when required
• Maintain documentation in accordance with clinical standards

• Licensed as a LMFT, LPC, or LICSW in West Virginia
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy or Social Work
• Experience in community, telehealth, or outpatient behavioral settings
• Technically proficient and able to use EHR platforms effectively
• Organized, responsive, and clinically focused
