Licensed Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW) – Remote | Indiana
Salary: $100,000 - $110,000
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
This position is ideal for a Licensed Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW) seeking to deliver mental health services remotely across Indiana. The role centers on providing therapeutic support through assessments, individualized treatment planning, and counseling sessions in a virtual environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate virtual therapy sessions for individuals and groups, ensuring a confidential and supportive experience
• Perform comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and establish clear treatment goals
• Adapt interventions and strategies to promote client progress and well-being
• Keep thorough, compliant records within an electronic health system
• Engage with other providers when needed to coordinate overall client care

• Current Indiana license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field
• Professional experience in mental health counseling, ideally within outpatient or telehealth settings
• Proficient with digital health records and comfortable delivering care via telehealth platforms
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and commitment to ethical, client-centered practice
