Licensed Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW) – Remote
Location: Florida
Compensation: $100,000 – $110,000 annually
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Role Overview:
We are hiring a Licensed Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW) to provide mental health services to individuals across Florida through a secure telehealth platform. This position focuses on conducting clinical assessments, developing individualized care plans, and delivering therapy sessions designed to support each client’s unique needs. The role offers a steady weekday schedule along with the flexibility of working entirely from home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete comprehensive assessments to identify client concerns and establish treatment objectives
• Provide individual and group therapy in a confidential, virtual environment
• Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes
• Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with documentation standards
• Collaborate with other professionals when integrated support enhances client care

• Active Florida license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field
• Background delivering therapy services in outpatient, community, or telehealth settings
• Proficiency in electronic health records and virtual care technology
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to delivering ethical, client-centered care

• Fully remote position with provided technology and administrative assistance
• Support with scheduling and billing, allowing focus to remain on clinical work
