Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW)

Remote LMFT / LPC / LCSW – Wisconsin

Salary: $100,000–$110,000
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm

Position Overview

We’re looking for licensed mental health clinicians in Wisconsin (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) who want to bring meaningful care to clients from their own home office. In this remote role, you’ll support individuals as they navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and day-to-day life stressors. Your work will focus on empowering clients with tools and insights that help them move forward with greater confidence and resilience.

Responsibilities

• Provide secure, HIPAA-compliant teletherapy sessions for individuals, couples, or families
• Carry out in-depth assessments to understand clients’ stories and identify key concerns
• Develop and implement care plans tailored to each person’s goals
• Apply a variety of clinical methods, such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-focused interventions
• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals when additional support is needed
• Keep accurate, timely documentation in line with state and federal guidelines

• A current, unrestricted license in Wisconsin as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW
• A master’s degree in a mental health discipline (counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or similar)
• At least one year of post-licensure experience providing therapy (telehealth experience is welcome)
• Ability to build trust and maintain a supportive presence through virtual sessions
• Comfortable working independently while staying organized and responsive
