Job Summary
We are seeking licensed therapists in Wisconsin to provide telehealth counseling services. In this role, you’ll meet with clients virtually to help them manage stress, improve relationships, and work toward healthier ways of living. This is a full-time opportunity designed for professionals who want both flexibility and consistency in their schedule.

Schedule & Compensation

• Monday–Friday | 9 AM – 5 PM
• $100,000 – $110,000 annually
• Full benefits package

Responsibilities

• Facilitate secure video-based therapy sessions with adults and families
• Develop treatment plans tailored to client needs
• Monitor outcomes and adjust care as required
• Document all services clearly and accurately
• Collaborate with peers virtually for client support

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy
• Active Wisconsin license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
• At least 2 years of clinical experience
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms
