Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) – Mississippi

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth

Position Summary

This remote position is open to Mississippi-licensed LMFTs, LPCs, and LCSWs who want to spend the majority of their workday providing direct therapy. You will meet with clients by video and help them work through concerns that may be affecting their mood, relationships, decision-making, or overall well-being.

The role calls for sound clinical judgment, clear communication, and the ability to manage each case responsibly from one session to the next.

Responsibilities

• Hold scheduled telehealth appointments with clients throughout Mississippi
• Listen closely to the concerns clients bring into therapy and determine how best to address them
• Use counseling approaches that fit the client’s situation and clinical needs
• Recognize changes that may require a different level of support or additional services
• Keep session notes and other required records organized and current
• Handle sensitive information with appropriate discretion
• Consult with the clinical team when a case would benefit from additional input
• Follow Mississippi licensing, ethical, and professional requirements

Eligible Licenses

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active Mississippi license as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent.
• Experience working with diverse individuals and a variety of mental health concerns.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
