Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT) Virtual Role in California
We are looking for skilled Mental Health Therapists, including LPCCs, LCSWs, and LMFTs, to join a virtual care team in California. This opportunity offers flexibility and the ability to impact lives remotely.

Job Type: Full-time, Remote
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Salary: $115,000 - $120,000 annually, plus comprehensive benefits

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead virtual therapy sessions for individuals, families, and groups, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with clients to create tailored care plans that support their mental health goals.
• Provide immediate support for clients facing mental health crises.
• Maintain detailed and confidential client records.
• Work in partnership with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.
• Keep current with mental health trends and treatment innovations.

• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field.
• California LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT license, or eligibility for licensure.
• Prior experience in providing mental health counseling.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
