Location: Minnesota (Remote)
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $100,000–$110,000 annually + full benefits

Job Summary:
Provide remote therapy to adult clients seeking support with stress, anxiety, and other non-crisis concerns. This role allows you to work from home while contributing to a collaborative, client-focused mental health team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate virtual individual therapy sessions
• Assist clients in developing goals and actionable coping tools
• Monitor treatment effectiveness and adapt as necessary
• Maintain detailed clinical records in accordance with guidelines
• Support client self-awareness and emotional wellness

• Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, or related discipline
• Active licensure in Minnesota (LMFT, LPCC, or LICSW)
• Clinical experience with adult populations
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Able to work reliably in a fully remote environment
