Salary: $100,000 – $110,000
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Position Overview:
We’re seeking a Licensed Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, or LISW) to provide thoughtful mental health care to clients throughout Ohio. In this fully remote role, you’ll conduct assessments, develop tailored treatment plans, and guide individuals through therapy sessions — all while benefiting from a stable weekday schedule and the comfort of working from home. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform in-depth assessments to gain a clear understanding of each client’s needs and goals
• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions through a secure telehealth platform
• Regularly review client progress and adapt treatment plans to best support their growth
• Maintain thorough, compliant documentation in our electronic health system
• Consult with other professionals when collaboration can enhance client outcomes

• Active Ohio license as an LMFT, LPCC, or LISW
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related discipline
• Experience in outpatient, community, or telehealth therapy settings
• Proficient with electronic records systems and virtual care platforms
• Strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a commitment to client-centered care
